At the outer ends of the cosmos, space ship ISRA 88 pulls itself through the darkness at incredible speeds. It has a crew of only two, Civilian Scientist Abe Anderson (Sean Maher, SERENITY) and Lt. Col Harold Richards (Casper Van Dien, STARSHIP TROOPERS), whose mission is to find the end of the universe. Thirteen years into their journey, they have found only darkness, the known universe behind them, now only a small flickering light. Abe has come to the conclusion that their mission is pointless, replacing his research with cynicism and booze. Harold, a disciplined product of the United States Air Force, keeps his sanity by sticking to his training and daily regiment. Life on ISRA 88 becomes stagnant and methodical as the last flickering light of the galaxies they have left behind fade, leaving the ship to forge forward through the blacks.
