good quality old copy of this Victorian based cap badge of the 1st Volunteer Battalion of this former British Army regiment ; the DCLI. approx 2" by 1.9". slider type fitting on reverse which makes it unlikely to be pre 1908 which would be the latest date for something similar to be worn. There are now ongoing arguments about the badge design but still a great looking item. sold as is. nb. Overseas Buyers.
