Butterick 5638 sewing pattern "Classics Fast & Easy". This 1991 vintage pattern is rated "Very Easy" and can be used to make a MISSES'/MISSES' PETITE DRESS in sizes 18, 20 and 22. The pattern is uncut and factory folded. See the pattern inventory below.

Dress, above or below mid-knee or lower calf, has extended shoulders. shoulder pads, loose-fitting, blouson bodice, elastic (seamed) waist, straight or flared skirt. back zipper and long sleeves. A: contrast skirt. B: contrast. A.B,C: back hemline slit. D: contrast bodice. Purchased belt.

NOTIONS:
A,B,C,D,E: 1/2" (13cm) Covered Shoulder Pads, 22" (55mm) Zipper, Hooks and Eyes and 1/2" (13mm) Elastic; 7/8 yd (0.8m) for Sizes 6 thru 14 and 1-1/8 yds. (1.1 m) for Sizes 16 thru 22.

FABRICS:
Lt.wt. Broadcloth, Faille, Challis, Lt.Wt. Stable Knits and and Lt.wt. Wool Crepe. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Allow extra fabric to match plaids or stripes. Use nap yardages/lay- outs for pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics.

The envelope is in poor condition with minor corner damage and edge rolling. There is a 1-3/4" rip from the top right corner through the UPC and a 3/4" rip on the top left corner. The flap is creased. The front of the envelope has been stamped by the fabric shop "Fanny's Fabrics". (see Pictures).

The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.

Please Note that I ship patterns via letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item

Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
