Seller's Description

PFAS11 This is an antique hand signed 5.5" x 3.5" photo for Charles Alden Seltzer (August 15, 1875 February 9, 1942) who was an American writer and author of western novels, had writing credits for more than a dozen film titles, and authored numerous stories published in magazines of the era. Seltzer wrote his westerns from the experience of five years living in New Mexico. Towards the end of his life, he was also elected mayor of North Olmsted Ohio a Cleveland suburb, from 1930 to 1935.  This official hand signed photo from around 90-100 years ago has been personally signed by Charles Seltzer and under his autograph he has also wrote "Fancy That" !! Bar light reverse places this is outstanding condition and the signature is undedicated too.  It would seem his official signed souvenir of the era and you will not source better.
