Published by J. Welch & Sons, Portsmouth, No JWS 208.

Postally used on 15 February 1905 with double circle Camborne cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Miss F.M. Webster, Trevenson Street, Camborne, Cornwall.

Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but very small creases to top left and bottom right corners.
