This item: An original Exclusive (Hammer Films) official document being a Memorandum and Articles of Association of Exclusive Film Productions Limited. This is an unsigned, presumably, office copy of this important document with the names and (then) addresses of the two subscribers James Carreras and Anthony Hinds. The document was required for The Companies Act, 1948. The document has blue card covers and 17 printed pages of essential detail concerning Exclusive Films. A great item for the collector. Rare

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) : Fine - -: no fold; very good corners and edges with minimal wear; blue tape to spine, as issued; pages all secure ; overall a very good copy. Complete
