Seller's Description
Various orchestras, quartets and soloists - TIME LIFE STL 554 - “Great Men of Music - Antonín Dvořák”. The records are in excellent to near mint condition. The slipcase style box has a tiny damaged spot on the front and minor wear. The enclosed booklet has lots of under-lining and margin notes by a previous owner. A 4-LP boxed set. Selections by orchestras conducted by Arthur Fiedler, Erich Leinsdorf, Arturo Basile, Eugene Ormandy, Charles Munch. Other artists include Gregor Piatigorsky, Clifford Curzon, Vienna Philharmonic Quartet, Zinka Milanov, Academy of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Itzbak Perlman, Guarneri Quartet.
