The vertical height of the stamp is 23mm, indicating a Bradbury Wilkinson printing.

There is a thin area near the top right corner.

General perforation conditions can be seen in the above image. Abbreviations used in my listings are:-

(a) UMM = unmounted mint = MNH mint never hinged 
(b) MM = mounted mint = hinged mint. MM may also be used for stamps that would be UMM except for a small amount of gum disturbance approximating to a light stamp hinge effect on the gum.
