Womens Navy Blue Beaded Butterfly 100% Polyester Dress by Jessica Howard Size 2P, zippered back, intact and working. Cap sleeve, sewn lines down front with 5 three inch beaded butterflies, Waist tie. Lining is also 100% polyester. Measures 15 inches across at shoulders, 33 inches around chest, 30 inches around waist, about 42 inches around hips there are pleats here, 44 inches in length.
