The rear cover of this book has a 1¾” rip in it (see picture) The book has a few dents and small creases throughout (See Picture). There is a small stain (Price tag remnant) on the front cover that has bled through to the inside, I see no other markings or stains in the book.

Who could resist knitting a Teddy Bears’ picnic or a pair of Humpty Dumpty senior citizens? Here is a splendid variety of toys to make from oddments of double knitting yarn. Children will love the cute and cuddly bunny rabbit family and the fun-filled prehistoric fantasy of dinosaurs and cave people. For sports fans there is a jolly octopus mascot which can also be made as a teaching toy for a child. Then for the Christmas season there is a colourful collection of tree trims and a pair of chubby little stocking-filler snowball toys.

General materials required
Double knitting yarn [ USA, knitting worsted weight, Australia, 8 ply] in colours stated in the instructions, or colours of your choice. Note that the quanfities of yarn required in each design are only quoted if they exceed 28g [1 oz].
Good quality washable stuffing, small amounts required or quantity will be quoted where necessary.
A red colouring pencil for shading cheeks.
A pair of tweezers [useful for turning small knitted pieces right side out and also for inserting small amounts of stuffing].
Knitting needles required

4mm [No 8, USA 5]
5¼ mm [No 5, USA 8]
