All items offered are genuine release (usually 1st), old, cinema movie items and so had a 'life' before sale, so unlikely ever to be mint.
This item: A rare item. This is a limited print booklet published towards the very end of Peter's life by a local publisher being an aid to raise money for charities. The booklet abounds in superb drawings by Peter (a talented artist) who attended his favorite cafe in Canterbury - The Tudor Tea Rooms. The booklet is 36 pages including the card covers and is signed by the great man; in addition there is one of Peter's Compliments slips dated ''92 in Peter's hand. Very Rare

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) : Fine - / Very Good ++: very good corners and edges very minor wear. (see photos for further detail; feel free to ask for specific detail.)
