This item:  A PRIME ITEM   An original release UK FOH / lobby card for this second version of the Gaston Leroux novel; especially collectable as this is the famous chandelier scene with the Pahntom (Claude Rains) cutting the chandelier support so it falls on the audience below. Such items, these days, are very tough to come by for the collector.  Very Scarce / Rare

Size:             8.00 x 10.00 inches approx. 

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) :  Very Good ++  -:   light pin-holes;  good corners and edges with a light corner crease to upper right corner; overall,  very good. (see photos for further detail; feel free to ask for specific detail.)
