Combined Postage Costs: I combine postage costs. For the first extra programme the cost is 50p, then programmes after that will be charged at 25p each, ie... If you buy say 4 programmes the cost would be as follows, the highest individual postage cost say for example is £2.30 then its +50p for the second programme, then +25p for the third and +25p for the fourth programme giving you a total of £3.30..... Please remember though that when the combined costs of the order (excluding the postage costs) exceeds £15.00 the order will be invoiced with Recorded Delivery/Tracked.

To get Combined Postage costs please wait/request an invoice, please do not pay until I have sent you the "Combined Invoice".

Postage: All postage quoted is for 2nd Class Postage (unless stated), this is to keep costs down, If you require a different postage type please contact me.

Recorded Delivery/Tracked: Proof of Posting is obtained on all items I send, Combined orders over "£15.00" will be invoiced Recorded Delivery/Tracked.

Dispatch Time: I usually post the following day or two after purchase, I will email you when your order has been dispatched, Please note I do not post on Saturdays or Sundays.

Payments Types Accepted: I accept Pay-Pal, Credit Cards (only via Pay-Pal), Cheques (I use mobile banking so this service has now speeded up!) and Cash (sent at your own risk and no change is returned).

Returns: I have never needed to return anything (as yet!), but if you do need to return something please contact me first and I will try to resolve any problem.
