CATALOGUE: Generally we use the numbering of the EDIFIL catalogue for the Spanish stamps and MICHEL for the rest of the world; if another one is used, its name will be specified.

QUALITY: The condition of the item, indicated in the title and description, determines the quality of the item according to the following classification:

• MNH= New without fixation mark.
• MH= New with postmark
• MNG= New without gum
• CTO= Complacency postmarked
• U= Used. Circulated stamp, postmarked and/or washed and/or hinged.

DETAILS: This section specifies the special features of the item. The most common details include:

• GENERIC IMAGE: The image shown does not correspond to the item to be sent, for various reasons, but is a sample image. Please check the quality indicated in the description.
• IMAGE SHIPPING: The item shipped will be the same as the one shown in the image.
• SEND SAME QUALITY IMAGE: An item of the same quality as the image will be sent, although it could be different or from another series.
• SIMILAR IMAGE QUALITY: The item to be received will be of similar quality to the image in the advertisement, with possible slight variations, another series or different characteristics.
• POSSIBILITY B4: When buying four units of the same stamp, these will be sent forming a block of 4 (2x2) whenever possible (request before making the payment in TODOCOLECCIÓN).

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS: For security reasons, we ship by CERTIFIED MAIL and MESSENGER, thus ensuring the tracking of the shipment and the right to compensation in case of loss. We do not ship by ordinary mail, except for orders under 8€ and under the buyer's responsibility in case of loss (CONSULT).
IMPORTANT: The purchaser undertakes to collect the order within the time limits set by the carrier if he/she is not at home at the time of delivery. In case of return, in order to resend the order, the buyer must cover the cost of return and reshipment.

RETURNS POLICY: We accept returns of items up to 14 days after receipt, for justified reasons. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
