This stamp was identified using Stanley Gibbons Simplified catalogue which doesn't take perforations, watermarks or printing into account. The date given is the date of issue for the earliest stamp of the series.
I always combine lots (unless you tell me not to) and there is only one postage charge per invoice no matter how many stamps you buy. All my auctions run for 7 days so I will combine lots won over a 7 day period.
