Seller's Description

Original British 11 inch x 8 1/2 inch Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1949 Robert Siodmak Film Noir THELMA JORDON, based on a story by Marty Holland and starring Barbara Stanwyck, Wendell Corey, Paul Kelly, Joan Tetzel, Stanley Ridges, Richard Rober, Minor Watson, Barry Kelley, Laura Elliott, Basil Ruysdael, Jane Novak, Gertrude W. Hoffman, Harry Antrim, Kate Lawson, Theresa Harris, Byron Barr and Nick Cravat.

Unhappily married district attorney Corey is seduced by murder suspect Stanwyck and intentionally loses his prosecution to save her. Ingenious, hard-boiled, moody film noir, stylishly directed by Siodmak, with a typically gutsy performance by lying lady Stanwyck and good support from the haunted Corey.

The Advertisement is in good to very good condition with a few nicks and light scuffing at the right edge.
