Shipping

- Please note:  all shipping prices in this shop are for UK MAINLAND only. Any other destinations - please get in touch via the EBID console before purchasing and we will let you know the cost of shipping.

We aim to ship all items within 1 working day of your order being placed and paid for. To ensure your products are dispatched as quickly as possible please be sure to specify the correct delivery address when purchasing. We send all purchases to the address registered with EBID only. Please ensure your registered with EBID is the correct address, as we are unable to use a different address after the order has been placed.

Payment - PayPal preferred but other payment options now available.

Returns Policy - We accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of the item.

Please note: Most (if not all items) are used and may have signs of wear & tear. We try our best to describe any faults as clearly as we can, and will highlight any fault in the listings. Records and Disks may have light scratches but will be in working order. Other cosmetic issues may include sticker marks, scuffs, etc. In the unlikely event the item reaches you broken or damaged in transit, we will need you to contact us immediately.

For items lost or damaged in transit ie damaged in the post we will refund you once we have spoken to you or replied to your email confirming the damage. We obtain proof of posting on all our deliveries and will claim with the courier. Please note: the courier may contact you for confirmation. We mark all of our items, record serial numbers and take detailed photo of items for our records. The item must be returned in the original packaging and contents where applicable, if you are unsure please contact us.

You will need to pay for the return shipping. We will refund the postage up to a certain value depending on the item and only if it is faulty or not as described.

Please retain proof of posting. Once tested and checked and it is found to be not as described in the original listing, we will refund you in full within 5 working days
