Victorian Gaudy Welsh Columbine Tea Cup - Hand Painted - Flow Blue Glaze

A beautiful antique cup with hand painted floral design in pink, red and green glaze with flow blue and gilt decoration on the interior. No maker's mark. It has one small fine hairline on the rim, please see photo, and some light patches of staining on the exterior. Still a very pretty item.
