The item will always have a Proof of Posting (this can be supplied should there be any problems with the postal service). If you require additional insurance/packaging, please ask for it before paying as this may affect the shipping charge.

Items will not be posted until payment has been received.

We will try to post within 5 working days (this excludes weekends). If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to advise you of the situation.

Payment should be made within 4 days. If you have an issue with payment, please contact us otherwise a non-payment action may be raised. Please make sure your address details on PayPal are up to date as that is where items will be sent.

Returns are accepted, however all postage costs will be at your own expense, and PayPal’s non-refundable fee will not be refunded.
