Registered incorrect address with eBid so item was returned to me. I copy and paste address details from the AAL so the only way I could ship to an incorrect address is if you don't fill in your address details correctly. Refund was given for full amount of item minus PayPal fees and actual cost of postage. PayPal do not refund processing fees more than 60 after the transaction. If you had bothered to reply sooner to either of my queries asking if you would like the item resent or a refund then the PayPal fees would have been refunded as well. As you took a month to get back to me, you were out of time. Why should I be out of pocket for your mistakes and procrastination?
