All of my feedback on this site is from genuine sales or purchases from eBid and has not been imported from anywhere else.

I am happy to combine postage costs wherever possible,
but please wait for a combined invoice from me BEFORE paying.

I will only post to the address you have registered with both eBid and Paypal.
Occasionally buyers have a different address with ebid to the address with paypal.
A paypal address will always take precedence over an ebid address.
This is for both buyer and seller protection.

All items will be posted within 2 working days of payment received,
although most will be posted the following working day wherever possible.
I always mark my items as 'shipped' once posted out,
please see your own 'My eBid' page to check progress.


Almost all of my items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class postage, with a few exceptions, for example, my digital sheets will be sent to your registered email address.
I always get proof of postage. If you believe an item has been damaged in transit, please take photographic evidence in the first instance, including photographs of the packaging.
Likewise, if you haven't received your item after 15 working days, please email me, so that I can start a claim with RM. I believe that you will be contacted by RM in due course to confirm details for the claim to progress.
Once successful, any money received as compensation from RM will then be forwarded on to you.
 

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS TERMS OF USE

The sheets are NOT pre-printed, they are digital downloads which you will receive via email to the registered account that you used for payment. You should then save the sheet(s) to your own device and print them out yourself as and when required.
The sheets shown will have a watermark attached to the listing image, and all sheets are made by myself. The sheets you buy will not have the watermark on them.
All sheets purchased are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may print and use each sheet as frequently as you wish provided it is for your own personal use.
You must not sell or give away any of my craft sheets either by passing on the email or by printing out and passing on the sheet whole or in kit form. You may sell any cards or projects that you make from them, but you must not sell the craft sheet itself.
My sheets must not have any element extracted or altered and then sold on or shared with others.
You must not create copies such as flash drives or discs from any of my images to sell, rent, lease, lend or duplicate, however, you can of course make a back up, provided it is for your own personal use only.
Due to the sheets being in a digital format no refunds will be given, no exceptions, sorry, so please ensure that you order the correct sheet before completing payment.
