I have been selling online and offline since 1998 and have a huge variety of craft supplies, cake decorations, crystals, incense, angel cards and oodles of other stuff. I will be uploading all of these to Ebid over the coming months, so keep checking back.

I combine postage to reduce your costs, so ask for an invoice if you are ordering more than one item. Don't forget that the postage charge isn't just for the stamp - it also covers packaging & handling.
The maximum charge for standard delivery of up to 10kg is only 8.00 Euro within the Republic of Ireland.

Payment must be sent within 7 days of auction end, preferably via PayPal. I can also accept cheques, bank drafts and postal orders in Euro or Sterling (please make payable to Craft Heaven and send to Craft Heaven, Long Lane, Letterkenny, County Donegal F92 YT3F, Ireland). Other currencies are accepted via PayPal only.If you would like to pay by bank transfer or any other method not mentioned here, please contact me BEFORE bidding.

Returns must be sent within 10 working days of receipt .
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately so that I can attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If you need to return anything, it must be in its orginal condition including any packaging. If I can't offer a replacement, I will refund the cost of the item. (Postage may not be refunded, depending on the reason for return).
