Hi, come in and make yourself at home :o) Welcome to the about me page of Enchanted Dragon!

We are an established online store – www.enchanteddragon.co.uk - We used to sell just incense and incense accessories, but now we sell fair trade and eco products as well - the incense is still here, but we only sell fair trade. We have found that is it a very high quality and more and more people were buying the fair trade stuff from us rather than the more popular makes so that sort of helped to sway the decision for us to change products. It is a very reasonable price for such good quality, why not try some we’re sure you'll agree :o)   The Mehindi range has really attractive packaging as well and we think they would make excellent gifts.

We, ourselves, have bought fair trade and eco products for a long time now as it is something we strongly believe in. I think a lot of people think that the quality isn't going to be as good, or that it is overpriced, but that is far from the case. Most of the time the items are unique in the fact that they are slightly different depending on the worker and the raw materials used. We don't overcharge on our products as a lot of other online companies do. By the way we have an online shop as well that sells all our products, please take a look the address is www.enchanteddragon.co.uk. We don't just sell fair trade, we have eco and environmentally friendly goods, organic and hand made goods as well.

Postage
We are happy to give postage discounts on multiple purchases.  We can sometimes, not all, get the postage costs down.  Please request an invoice from us for a combined purchase before paying.  Please see individual items for postage costs.  Recorded delivery is available in the postage costs and needs to be signed for upon delivery. Postal Insurance (special delivery) is available on request and we will send you a revised invoice.  We will not be responsible for any items that are lost in the post without this. We dispatch items throughout the week, first class postage or standard parcels to UK customers, airmail to the rest of the world unless the auction states otherwise.

We use recycled and reused packaging if possible, we can’t see a perfectly reusable jiffy bag go to waste!  :o)

Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Bank Transfer – the most secure payment method and our preferred method!  It is much more secure than sending a cheque.
  • Pppay
  • Postal orders made payable to "C Richardson"
  • NO cheques are accepted – no exceptions!
  • Paypal

Payment Terms:
We will contact you after the auction has ended with payment details.  Please could buyers make payment to us within 3 days of the auction finishing.  If after 3 days no contact is made we will send a reminder email.  We post out items Monday to Friday, but not Saturday or bank holidays and items are sent 1st class recorded delivery so you need to provide an address where the goods can be signed for.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund on all purchases within 7 days (less postage costs). If there is a fault with the item (and we cannot replace it) or we have made a mistake with the listing we will issue a full refund including postage costs. Items to be returned should be in a re-saleable condition preferably with tags still attached where applicable.  All items are inspected before they are posted to ensure that they are not defective in any way.

Feedback:
We issue feedback as soon as we have received feedback from you. When you receive your item, please leave us feedback as you find appropriate.  Feedback is important to us as it gives a positive impression to future buyers, did you look at our feedback before you bought from us?  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us before giving negative or neutral feedback, as in our experience most issues can be resolved. If we don’t know about your frustrations and dissatisfaction, we can’t try and resolve it so please talk to us!
