Multiple auction purchases will be combined for most cost effective methods of postage and packaging. Winning bidders should contact us as soon as possible to establish their methods of payment and postal preferences. If required, extra postal insurance is charged at cost to the buyer. In most cases, goods are despatched within one working day of receipt of cleared funds and we may use recycled packaging to help keep down costs.

Feedback - We always leave prompt, appropriate feedback and expect others to do the same. Please leave feedback as soon as you received goods (or payment for items bought) so we know that you these arrived with you safely.

Sellers' Feedback: As a buyer, NYK Media prefers to make immediate payment on receipt of invoice and expects to receive goods promptly and with adequate communication to ensure a smooth transaction. Non supply of purchased items is treated as fraud. When buying, we expect prompt communication with sellers and goods to be despatched, where applicable, within one working day of cleared payment. Buyer feedback is left only after receipt of goods / completion of the transaction and reflects the entire quality of the service and the actual goods purchased. If you sell us fake goods, be prepared to be exposed as a fraud.

Buyers' feedback: As the seller, NYK Media will always leave feedback for winning bidders and purchasers of items from our eBid stores. Feedback will be listed upon receipt of cleared funds and reflects on the promptness of payment, level of communication and smoothness of the transaction to the point of dispatch of items.

Collection - Buyers are welcome to arrange for collection. NYK Media is a bona fide business trader - we have nothing to hide.

Postage & Packaging - We cannot accept personal responsibility for any breakages or for post going astray. Goods are covered appropriately by the purchaser's chosen mailing option and, in the case of standard postage, we always retain a certificate of posting to enable us to take appropriate action should there be any delivery problems. Our packaging materials may be recycled to keep down costs. Savings are passed on to our buyers. In the case of hatching eggs, if offered, we cannot guarantee fertility or hatchability rates but sell these eggs in good faith. All eggs sold are those laid by birds here and I am a DEFRA registered poultry keeper.

Herbs offered for sale are grown on site at the Frugaldom project, registered with Social Enterprise Scotland and supporting the Galloway and South Ayrshire Biosphere.

We can send most items (excluding food, flora and fauna related items) worldwide but overseas bidders should contact us prior to auction end to confirm postage and packaging details if they are not already listed in our auctions. Payments via Paypal are accepted in most currencies.

Shipping methods should be agreed between the buyer and seller prior to despatch. Multiple purchases will be combined to reduce overall shipping costs and we expect the same service from other sellers.

If you choose to buy any age restricted products, such as games, films or music,  it will be assumed that, by bidding, you are declaring the fact that you are of the legal minimum age to complete such a transaction. We may ask for proof of age prior to despatch. eBid rules state that all members must be of an age to enter into such a transaction. eBid services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not bid or buy.

If paying via PayPal or PPPay, goods will be sent to the verified address of the payment method account holder, otherwise goods are sent to the address provided by eBid in the notification of sale email. PPPay accounts MUST be fully verified by users prior to payment being accepted by NYK Media.

Returns Policy - All goods sold via our auctions are sold as described and as per our terms & conditions. In the extraordinary event of your being dissatisfied with any item you buy, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem, exchange the item or, apart from hatching eggs, will accept the return within 7 working days for refund. Refunds are sent by exact same method as the original payment was received - if you paid via PPPay, refund will be via PPPay. We do not accept responsibility for return postage, returned goods MUST be in exact same condition as first purchased and if there are any restrictions to this policy, these will be clearly stated in the auction description.

Privacy Policy - We do not store buyers' or sellers' details on any database, nor do we compile lists that get passed on to any third party. By purchasing from NYK Media, you are agreeing that your details may be retained for accounting purposes and/or any documentation or recording purposes deemed necessary and that we may contact you at a later date if we feel it is relevant to do so.

We do not profit by knowingly overcharging on postage. The price stated reflects the standard packaging, administration and postage / delivery costs.
