I recently purchased the Boner Vital Mandoline Slicer as a gift for a dear friend. I chose ebid because the price was cheaper compared to other places, and I trusted that I would receive a complete and quality product. However, when I received the slicer, I was shocked to find that one of the blades was missing! Not only does this defeat the purpose of the slicer, but it also caused me significant embarrassment, as it was meant to be a thoughtful gift. If I had known that the slicer would be incomplete, I would have chosen a cheaper option or purchased elsewhere. The financial loss is frustrating, but even worse was the disappointment of gifting an incomplete item to someone I care about.
