Selling this unused, Factory Folded 2003 vintage, New Look Pattern by Simplicity Patterns. The pattern makes His & Hers Scrubs in Sizes Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. Please see the pattern Inventory below.

The envelope is in fair condition with minor corner folding. The glue has come unglued down one side. The flap and top corners have small rips in them.

Top (in pullover or button up ) has short sleeves, "V" neck, side slits and a pocket. Pants have elastic and drawstring at waists and pockets. Jackets have either short sleeves or long sleeves, Button "V" front and 3 pockets From the rear of the Envelope:

SUGGESTED FABRICS: Cotton and Cotton Blends, Laundered Cottons, Broadcloth; Chambray, Poplin.

REQUIREMENTS: Thread. A, B: four 3/4" buttons. D: 2-1/4 yd. of 1/4" wide cord or 1/2" wide twill tape for drawstring and 1-1/2 yd. of 1" wide elastic.
