Seller's Description

Recorded May 16, 1948 and found in a Wisconsin rock quarry. How long it was underwater is anyone's guess and I can only tell you how it looks - not how it sounds since today's turntables don't accommodate a record of this size.

Both sides show considerable wear and even though the labels are gone the record particulars can be identified by the etchings around the center. Identifying numbers of "C2W-N", "D-24971" and "B RR14484" can be read on the "Part 1" side and "C3W-N", "D-24969" and "A RR14486" are on the "Part 3" side.

Multiple scuffs and scratches are present but a good cleaning might make this playable and an interesting insight into radio programming from the 1940's.

Yes, I can ship to Japan, and yes, I do combine items to reduce shipping cost. It's still expensive, but buying multiple items is the way to go. I have over 4200 items listed now.
