Seller's Description
Exquisite and pristine! This E.C. Kropp card, #31817N is a borderless print showing only a small pencil notation on the reverse. Sharp in every other respect, and never mailed. The back informs us:
"Columbus was established in 1827 by the Georgia Legislature. A group of commissioners selected the site and layed out the town on the east bank of the Chattahoochee River, at the head of the falls and at the foot of navigation. Here the city grew and prospered, following the railroad and industrial development of the country."
