Here's a regular-sized Plastichrome Colourpicture card, #P89409 in mint condition. No writing or mailing. As part of the Independence National Historic Park in Philadelphia, the reverse tells us:
"Philadelphia Exchange was built between 1832-1834. It housed the Philadelphia Stock Exchange for many years. The building to the right is the First Bank of the United States. Built between 1995-1797, it is the oldest bank building in the United States."
