Seller's Description
Here's a 4 1/4 x 6 inch print, card #21 from the Preservation Society of Newport County. In mint condition, this Richard Cheek photo is imprinted with:
"The Dining Room measures 42 feet by 58 feet and rises two full stories. Twelve monolithic shafts of red marble, topped with gilded bronze Corinthian capitals, support the gilded cornice. 'The Breakers,' built for Cornelius Vanderbilt in 1895 is open to visitors April thru November 1 under the auspices of by The Preservation Society of Newport. Guided tours -- Admission charge."
