Synopsis
In 1981, the first space shuttle made her maiden voyage, capturing the imagination of the world. It was a technological feat which launched America back into the forefront of space exploration. "Hail Columbia!," is produced by Graeme Ferguson and Roman Kroitor and portrays the story of the space shuttle Columbia and the people who made it happen. It opens with a mammoth view of the shuttle rolling out for a launch at the Kennedy Space Center.
