Detailed Condtion : Does have some issues. Please read condition notes in red below carefully!

PLEASE READ CONDITION NOTES IN RED BELOW!!!

Blue Sky Clayworks ceramic cottage shaped votive candle or tea light cover

Hand painted ceramic house has latticed window openings on each side and is open on the bottom. The door is ajar. Baskets of flowers dangle from either side of the roof in front.
Approximate dimensions: 8-1/4" x 4-7/8" x 4"
Condition: This house has significant condition issues; fortunately, none of them are easily visible when being viewed from the front. Here are the problems I see:
- Shallow 3/8" chip under the eave of the front right corner (indicated with arrow in 7th photo above)
- Chip under the eave of the back right corner, measures about 3/4" x 1/2" (indicated with arrow in 8th photo above)
- Tiny chip in lower back edge with very fine hairline crack (looks to be in paint only) extending upwards about 1-1/4" (indicated with arrow in last photo above)
- There are a couple of tiny paint flakes on the dangling baskets
The price has been drastically reduced due to these condition issues.
