MULTIPLE ITEM SAVINGS ON SHIPPING:

• Multiple items paid for in a single payment transaction will ship together (provided this results in a lower shipping cost). When this happens, excess shipping fees received are returned to the buyer

• To be able to offer lower prices to buyers of multiple items, I have a Handling Fee on my lower cost items. This way buyer pays that fee once for all items purchased rather than once per item.

• If an additional payment transaction is made before your previous order is packed for shipment, those additional items will be added to the same package. However, there is a $0.30 fee for doing this (what PayPal charges me for each payment transaction). This fee is part of the Handling Fee.

• TRACKING and INSURANCE: For lower price items, I give the buyer the option of whether to pay for tracking and insurance on shipment. Smaller, low cost items, have either Letter or Large Envelope as the default packaging for their shipment. These do not include tracking nor insurance. The Priority Mail options and one mentioned next include tracking and free insurance on up to $50.

• FIRST CLASS PARCEL (13 oz or less): A current limitation in the eBid shipping calculator does not currently allow me to offer First Class Parcel as a shipping option for packages that are 13 oz or less as a shipping option. If you want Tracking & Insurance at about half the price of using Priority Mail, use "? Ask Question", found below image on any of my listings, before you pay for the items you have selected to order to indicate you want your order shipped as a FIRST CLASS PARCEL (provided it is 13 ounces or less). In doing this delivery time will be longer.

• SHIPPING FEES: For the actual Shipping portion of my Shipping & Handling fees, I charge the retail rate shown in USPS Notice 123. This is the same rate anyone will pay for shipping anything where postage is paid for at a Post Office. These rates are used for all computations to determine the amount of shipping savings refund due to the buyer.

• HANDLING FEE: As partially mentioned above, I charge a handling fee for anything that is shipped as a standard letter (or large envelope) which does not include tracking and insurance. This includes $0.30 per payment transaction plus my cost for packaging materials. This fee is not charged for any higher level shipping service (which includes tracking and insurance).
