Neat vintage 1996 Coca-Cola bottle commemorating the Carolina Panthers’ inaugural season at Ericsson (Bank of America) stadium. Bottle is in overall excellent condition. Some minor spotting on the cap, but that’s about it. Colors are still bright and crisp, the print is intact, readable and not at all worn. Bottle is full and has never been opened.

Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold “AS IS” with no warranties or guarantees written or implied. That said, we WILL NOT sell you junk. All applicable items listed have been tested for functionality and we will specify if an item is untested or is for parts only. Please read the description and view the photos carefully before buying or bidding.

We try our very best to give a complete, clear and accurate description of all items listed. However, we may miss something that is important to you. Please do not hesitate to email us should you have any questions, concerns or require more detailed photos. If you spot an error, trust that it is unintentional and send us a message, and we will correct the listing ASAP.

Item Condition

I (the owner) am by no means an expert on many of the items that are listed, so unless an item is specifically stated as being graded by a professional grading company, all item conditions are based on my judgement, research, comparison and common sense.

We set our listings in at a fair price based on item research and comparison. Most of our items listed are open to negotiation, even if there is no “BEST OFFER” option, so don’t hesitate to email us if you are interested. We will entertain any “best offer” and will almost never refuse one that is reasonable. “REASONABLE” IS NOT HALF OF THE LISTED PRICE!

Photography

We only use pictures we take ourselves. We never use stock photos unless something is brand new in the box and a stock photo would give you a better idea of what it looks like. What you see is exactly what we will ship to you. The one exception is if there is more than one of the same item for sale and the descriptions and conditions are so similar that taking pictures of each one would be pointless.

Domestic Shipping

When preparing your item for shipping, we enter the exact weight of the item, then round up to the next pound to allow for the added weight of the box and packing material. We will ALWAYS ship same or next business day. Please be aware that on items where we offer free shipping, the shipping method and carrier is OUR CHOICE.

We WILL NOT be held responsible for damage done during shipping by the carrier. That is what insurance is for. Because you will already have the package in your possession, it is far cheaper and easier for you to present it to your local carrier and file a claim than it would be for you to pay to ship it back to us and we do it. We will be more than happy to assist you with claim information.

Refunds & Returns

Our merchandise is often antique or vintage and is sold “AS IS” because many items of that age will often have some defects and/or flaws, so LOOK CAREFULLY AT WHAT YOU ARE BUYING BEFORE YOU COMMIT! I am an honest and reasonable person and I run an honest company, but “AS IS” means exactly that...the photographs and description tell the story.

We do offer 100% money back 30 day refunds for damage or something where we were at fault on every item we list, so rest easy! That said, if you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., buyer’s remorse, changed mind, etc.) you will be refunded the original purchase price only. Return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
