I think maybe March would have been better -- Aquamarine matches my baby blues. Anyway, what this means to you is that I won't buy Peridot unless it's excellent quality, great color, perfect clarity, good cut. I need bright, sparkly green fire or I pass. These Peridot meet those standards, and then some. Very pretty. Fantastic color, incredible cut, perfect clarity -- all combining to create a totally awesome stone. THESE are Peridot that makes being born in August a GOOD thing. This ring is a nice design; sort of Grecian with a rope braiding on the sides. A really pretty Sterling Silver ring, very solid construction. This is one of those rings you'll pass down to your daughter.. It is simple enough for everyday wear, yet pretty enough to wear out in the evening. ____________________________________________________________________ BTW, Since we make this from scratch after you order it, we have a lot of flexibility. We can also cast this in yellow, white or rose gold, and in any of 10k, 14k, or 18k.
