Seller's Description
This is a postcard with a view of Oppeln, then Upper Silesia, Germany, now Opole, Poland. It was posted in March 1921 with a stamp issued by Inter-Allied Commission policing the area during the period of the Upper Silesia Plebiscite. It also has, on both back and front, a cachet that appears to have been issued by the same authorities, although both strikes are a little hard to read.
The card is in fair condition with some wear to the corners and edges.
