PCS-715A Static Locator
NON-CONTACTING METER INDICATES FIELD VOLTAGE AND POLARITY ON CHARGED SURFACES
  • Indicates electrostatic field voltage up to 20,000 volts in 100V increments.
  • Non-contact meter that indicates electrostatic field voltage and polarity on charged surfaces.
  • Equipped with a Power On/Hold button and a zero button.
  • Automatically shuts off after approximately 90 seconds.
  • The easy to read 3-1/2 digit LCD display automatically updates three times per second.

PSI-870 Resistance/Resistivity Indicator
Simple, repeatable resistivity and resistance measurements
The PSI-870 is an LED indicating, wide range resistance measurement instrument with broad application flexibility. It measures surface resist-ance in accordance with ESD Association S11.11, surface resistivity in accordance with ASTM D-257, resistance to ground, and resistance point to point. This meter gives simple, repeatable measure-ments to indicate whether a material is conductive, static dissipative or insulative. The PSI-870 employs parallel bar sensing and features an easy to read LED light scale to measure a wide variety of ESD materials and equipment.

Nominal 9 volts and 0.006 to 1.0 mA

LED Measurement Indications:
11 LED's with Dual scales:
103 to 1012 Ohms/square per ASTM 257 in one decade increments
102 to 1011 Ohms per S-11.11 in one decade increments
Over range indicator light for "Insulative" surfaces, i.e., >1012 Ohms/square or >1011 Ohms.

PMT-872 Wrist Strap/Footwear Checker
  • Battery operated multi-function PASS/FAIL performance verifier.
  • Confirms the operational resistance range of wrist straps, heel straps and ESD controlled footwear.
  • Features a large test button, audible PASS BEEP with Green PASS light, Red LOW and HIGH Fail lights, and yellow battery low indicator.
  • Additional connections are provided for an optional AC-DC Power adapter and for testing dual conductor wrist straps.

PMM-810 Digital Multimeter
The PROSTAT PMM-810 Digital Multimeter is five meters in one. An ESD auditor will find it a handy wide range digital resistance meter for quick measurements of chairs, carts and other equipment, up to 2.0x109 ohms. The PMM-810 includes color coded safety input jacks, large 3-1/2 digit LCD display, overload protection on all ranges, Frequency Autoranging selection from 20 - 20M Hz, and fused protection for current inputs.
