Rue 21 Women's Purple Ruffled Sparkle Stone 100% Polyester Layered Blouse Size S, the center of the blouse is lined and is 2 layers while the shoulders at not and are light and flowy. the main body is sleeveless but the extra layer is like a cap sleeve, the front has a ruffle layered accent around neckline with netting and ruffled areas like flowers with large sparkle stones and white beading accents. Measures laying flat about 15 inches across at shoulders, no shoulder seam, 34 inches around chest and is 25 inches in length.
