The Magazine is approximately 8-1/4 X 10-15/16 inches and 40 pages long.
This magazine is in good condition. Note that there is an address label on the front cover that I have blanked out the address in the picture. The address appears on the actual magazine. The front cover has a small 1/2 inch long rip on the edge. There is a small 3/4 X 1/2 inch stain on the top corner of the pages, that runs most of the way through the magazine. Yes the back page is a solid green with no ad on it. I see no other writing or marking in the magazine.
