Simplicity 6957 Dated 1975. Sewing Pattern. Mens’ shirt with slash front opening size Medium (38-40).
Most of the pattern pieces have been cut out already.

Simplicity 6957
MISSES OR MEN’S SHIRT. The top-stitched shirt with collar and front slash opening has yoke, slits in side seams and set-in sleeves. V.1 with front gathered to yoke has cord lacing slipped thru eyelets at front opening and long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. V.2 with front tucks features short sleeves with tuck detail.
Suggested fabrics - Cotton broadcloth, chambray, muslin, poplin, challis, chino, cotton sateen, chintz, canvas, duck, linen, lightweight wool, wool flannel, double knit. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way designs, Use nap yardage and nap layouts for one-way design fabrics. Not suitable for obvious diagonal fabrics.
Sewing notions - Thread, seam binding. View 1: Metal eyelets (opt.), four ½’ buttons.

The Pattern pieces, instructions are in good used condition. The envelope is in fair condition with edge wear and corner damage. There are some small stains on the front as well as a little bit of scribbling on the front and back. (See pictures).
The envelope measures: 8-1/2 X 5-5/8 X 1/4 inches (21.5 X 14.5 x 0.7 cm)
Untrimmed = cut close to the largest size.
Uncut = 2 or more pieces are joined together.
Cutout = cut and trimmed.

That is why I take the time to inventory every piece of the pattern. I give you an accurate list of what is in the package, no surprises. And I will state in the listing if any pieces are missing. Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the actual pattern pieces, the cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.
Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.
Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
