I contacted Yodel using the tracking number you sent and they tell me that they haven't yet received it. It isn't in the Yodel network. The code also seems tied to Smyth's toy Superstore which is a surprise. I am concerned. Please can you help or reassure?

If you check the Yodel tracking on thier website using this (JD0002232712603450) tracking number, it states that "We have your parcel".
You can also use a site called 17track, this will also confirm the same.
Please be assured that your parcel is with Yodel and they will let you know when it's out for delivery.

As you can imagine, if Yodel couldn't find it, it's a concern. I'll keep you updated over the next day or so - hoping it hasn't been lost in transit.

Question From jpg68 [+1] Fri 07 Mar 2025 05:41:00 (EDT) Hi Gareth, I've contacted Yodel again today. They say they have the data for the parcel, but not the actual parcel from the shipper. They recommend I got back in touch with you . It seems like it's got lost somewhere along the way. The last update was on the 25th of February, so all is not well.

I don't get why Yodel can confirm the presence of the parcel with you, but it wouldn't instantly be on their system. This is all very strange.
