Vintage Corn Husk Doll 5-1/4” tall Lady Carrying Goose in Basket w Big Red Bow
A nice Corn Husk Doll in a floor length dress and is wrapped up in a shawl as if it is cold outside. She is carrying a goose in a basket with a big red bow around the goose’s neck. Perhaps she is taking a present to a dear friend. She has light brown hair that is tucked neatly inside of her head scarf or shawl with just a little showing in the front.
The doll is 5-1/4 inches tall X 2-1/2” wide X 2-1/4” deep (13.4 X 6.4 X 5.7 cm) (including the basket). This doll weighs 13 grams.

I have a total of 11 different Corn Husk Dolls for sale as seen in the picture. This sale is for the one doll from the set of 11 dolls.
I bought these Corn Husk Dolls at an auction. They were selling of the contents of a small museum, located in a campground, not too far from where I live. Most of the items from the auction were from the 1800’s to the 1950’s. Unfortunately I do not have any idea of the vintage of these particular Corn Husk Dolls nor of their history.
The dolls are stored in poly bags and will be wrapped in tissue paper then bubble pack of foam sheeting and shipped in a small box.
