Vintage Dubilier 691 Silvered Mica capacitor in brown bakelite case marked 0.003uf 250V (500V AC test). Tested > 50 MegOhm with 500V Megger. Size (mm) : 39 x 24 x 7 thick excluding the connection tags. Used and has been kept in drawer loose for many years so may have some cosmetic marks – see photos. Indicates 3210pF on DMM.
