Seller's Description
A pre-owned Williamsburg Pottery stoneware pitcher art pottery piece. The stoneware pitcher has a gray salt glaze with four cobalt blue painted leaves. The pitcher features careful solid handmade construction.
It measures 6 inches tall,13 inches in circumference in the middle, and 2.25 inches in diameter at the base. It weighs 21 ounces. The Williamsburg Pottery hallmark is impressed into the pitcher just below the pitcher handle. Made in Williamsburg, Virginia. It holds 16 ounces of liquid.
The piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or repair. I do not know when it was produced but suspect it was sometime in the 1970's or 1980's.
