History/background
All of our spiritual/metaphysical products are made based on lore, superstitions, and beliefs and we cannot attest to or guarantee any outcomes with their use or to the powers they may contain. All of our herbs, charms, and sachets are made with thorough research from reliable resources, but we still cannot guarantee any outcomes with their use. I take great pride in the items I offer, especially everthing I have made and worked on with my own bare hands. I ask that you take care and cherish the home-made items that I sell you as we made them with love. Our items that we buy elsewhere were hand-picked by us to be placed in our shop unless we're re-selling a used item or an that has small blemishes which will clearly be stated in the listing. Our items come from a non-smoking household!

We do accept US POSTAL MONEY orders only . Please contact us prior to bidding if you are going to pay with this form.

Shipping information
You pay shipping and a small handling charge .Our handling is usually a few cents to $3.00. We don't make money on shipping, we don't overcharge. Costs have gone up.If by chance we are able to ship it cheaper we do refund the difference. We don't change shipping services, we ship the way you choose unless postal regulations tell us we can't. Some items cannot be shipped via air( priority) it has to go parcel ground.

Return policy
You need to cooperate with us we can't solve things without communication.
We have a general NO REFUND policy except in cases of broken or lost merchandise but we require tangible proof before refund. Any seller would require this proof for refund. We are flexible reasonable people. We understand that people make mistakes. But please be sure of what you are buying before you bid on it. We offer descriptions & pictures of items as clear as we can make them. We're sorry but refunds are not given to people who obviously fail to read the description, are blatantly rude, or suffer from buyer's remorse. Because of the nature of most of the products we sell it makes it very difficult to accept any returns due to buyer's remorse because of many people's superstitions & religious beliefs regarding used, pre-owned, or returned magical goods & supplies. We cannot do exchanges due to those beliefs & because the majority of our items are one-of-a-kind/only have a limited number. By some fluke you receive the wrong item/it's not as described/have a problem let us know.

Our spam filter eats almost all others . We do get back to you usually within 24 hours. Give us some time , we are not here all the time at the computer.
We ship Monday through Friday. We usually don't ship on Saturday's because the postal hours are so short and pickup times differ so much. We will ship you item within 24 to 48 hours after payment excluding weekends and holiday's. If there is a delay we will notify you.

 
Shipping Insurance and claims
We usually offer shipping on all items over $10.00 , If the item is over that we require it. If you do have a broken item please KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIAL for the insurance claim. We do expect you to aid us in the insurance claim. IF you mail it back to us before it is filed it voids the insurance. We all lose that way. We use USPS insurance as well as private insurance so please ask us if an item arrives broken son't just assume there is no insurance. Some insurance providers do NOT want us to mark that it is insured. CONTACT US !!!
