Hi, and welcome to my "All About Me" page
In case you were wondering where I found my nickname, PhAnMaLe, it derives from the first letters of my sons' names - Andrew, Lee, Phillip and Matthew.
I began online selling with some new and nearly new personal effects and progressed to an online store - The Curio Box. Originally set up to sell Gifts, Gadgets and Novelty items, it soon expanded to sales of Beauty and Lingerie products for mum, Football Souvenirs, Ties & Cufflinks for dad and Toys and Novelties for the children. My offerings could then end your search for the perfect gift for occasions like Birthdays, Christmas, Weddings, Christenings, Easter, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, etc, etc... I continue to sell these items and am very proud of my positive feedback and customer service.
In August 2007, I stumbled across eBid although with other projects I never actually came to use the site until a year later - August 2008. The community forums are so friendly and a god send in the help department. From personal experience I have found that if you post a query on the site, that you generally have an received an answer within hours - sometimes within minutes! If you really can't get an acceptable response, then a quick email to the guys at support and you're on to a winner. The free listings after the one-off fee is an added bonus, and even better - that although I continue to accept PayPal as a form of payment means, I am not forced to use them - giving buyers the freedom of choice too.
All in all, my experiences so far, in such a short time, have excelled anything that I was expecting, and with the prospect of wider promotion in check, I am sure that I will be part of the eBid family for a very long time to come!

Here comes the boring bit - the small print. This will be current, and I would advise that you read through it prior to every purchase:
I accept payment via Google Checkout, PayPal or NoChex, BACS, Cheque and Postal Orders in Sterling (GBP) only . Any costs incurred outside of standard fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Google, PayPal and NoChex transactions are fast and secure, our personal financial information is not shared, and there's no risk of cheques/postal orders waiting to clear or getting lost in the post.
Products are normally dispatched within two working days of your cleared payment. In the event that an item ordered becomes unavailable, you will be immediately notified of this and a refund for the goods offered. I reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments; however this will be at no extra cost. Delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. PLEASE ensure that your postal address is correct on your Google, PayPal or NoChex account, as I will only ship to this address. If you require an alternative delivery address, please amend prior to forwarding payment. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as no responsibility can be taken by me for incorrect information. If the carrier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address then I reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.
All items are sent as the listing description although occasionally this service may be upgraded at no extra cost to the buyer and I obtain proof of posting for all shipments. Please note that once the goods have been sent, I will not assume responsibility for non-receipt or damage in transit, although I will endeavour to claim a refund from the carrier where necessary. The Buyer takes responsibility of all shipping charges (including customs fees unless pre-arranged) and these charges are NOT refundable in any circumstances.
Many of my items are sent via services requiring a signature on receipt. In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to me there are two options. The package can be despatched again on payment of the additional shipping cost or a refund will be made, minus any costs to me for the original shipping and return.
Delivery times given are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. I cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following my notification of despatch, please contact me and I will endeavour to locate your shipment.
Whilst I try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with my terms and conditions, I take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused. Deliveries can take up to 2 to 3 working days from the time of notification of despatch and slightly longer for overseas deliveries. Please allow extra time on weekends and bank holiday periods and if paying by cheque or postal order, allow for postal delays and clearance . Items will not be despatched until cleared funds have been received.
I take every care to ensure all of my products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact me and inform me of your intent to return the product. Due to hygiene reasons, ALL lingerie, lingerie category products, body bars and earrings are non-refundable for any reason other than a fault. If I believe that the goods have been worn or any of the conditions are not met then I reserve my right to return the goods to you at your cost. Goods which are given free, or as part of an offer, are not exchangable or refundable unless the full offer is returned subject to normal terms and conditions.
Special or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

I generally leave feedback upon cleared funding and despatch of the goods where I am the seller, and upon satisfactory receipt of the goods where I am the buyer. I would appreciate it if you could leave feedback for me. This indicates that the items have arrived safely and that you are happy with the sale. I reserve the right to add or make changes to this in the event of further communication regarding the same listing. If there is any problem with the sale, I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this before leaving or receiving negative feedback.
I will accept returns on items sold as "new" only, and returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging for resale within seven days of receipt. Please advise me of the problem by clicking on the "ask seller a question" link prior to returning the item. *Please note that due to hygiene reasons, jewellery is non-returnable except where faulty.
Buyer is to pay returns postage and will only be refunded item purchase price - postage either way will not be reimbursed except where the product is proven faulty. All items sold by me are checked before despatch to ensure they are not sent out faulty or damaged, if there is any doubt, it will be added to the product description before selling.
