I paid for this camera on the 23rd of October last year and as yet have niether recieved goods or refund. I have now twice been promised a refund but as yet nothing has materialised. I think that if they will rip off an 80 year old disabled pensioner (which they know that I am) the rest of you will have rather poor prospects for any kind of reimbersment. But should the situation change in any way and and some tangable effort is made to fulfill what has been promised I will update this report immediately.
It is plain that this seller never had any intention of supplying the goods, he refuses to give any explaination & now he refuses to give a refund. On Monday, I will be adding my auction to the Police's growing list of frauds by ukbestbuy.com
He has answered all emails but the goods have not arived nor will they. Vague excuses and now he says if I want a refund I have to give him my bank details! I paid with NOCHEX which he says he no longer has!

I am getting fed up filing negative feedback reports against UKBB, but it has to be done. Everyone who has dealt with this seller should now be doing the same if they are waiting for the high priced items that, personally speaking, will never appear. Report to the police ASAP and apply negative feedback before it's too late. Remember you only have 90 days before the listing is deleted by eBid.
Goods well overdue and Police have been informed of this scam. Sam, or whoever he is has had ample opertunities to come clean, but, has failed to do so. In my opinion, there are no goods and there will be no refunds. Act now to have this con-man put away.
As more and more negative feedbacks roll in against this seller, and, more and more disgruntled buyers take police action against him, surely somebody will take notice and there will be a chance that something will be done about it. Get reporting your losses and let's pile up the information we all have against this person.
More negative feedback for a man who has had numerous chances to come clean and explain himself but fails to do so. Everyone should report to the police etc. now before it's too late.
Another negative for the same reason as previously mentioned. Everyone who has had dealings with UKBB for high priced items should visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group /ukbestbuy just to see how many unhappy buyers there are out there. Police action is the only answer now.
This item is well overdue now and I have only had vague responses to emails sent. I am waiting no longer as I feel that there will be no delivery. I am reporting this scam to the Police, Watchdog, the Press and anyone else I can think of. I am over £3000 out of pocket and will not let UKBB get away with this.

True con artist. prices 2 good 2 be true. There is no shipment at customs! have asked for refund but no replies. This guy is just buying more time for himself.get down to coppers now rather than later

Many buyers are now taking police action against this seller, shame as he as done good untill recently.

Was supposed to arrive mid december. Mid January now and still no goods or refund. Have been sworn at and gotten lots or broken promises regarding delivery. Stay well clear.
