Falon Towers........I hope you'll get a referral. Seems you've done pretty ok since your serious episode, but you'd think they'd want to investigate and make sure there isn't some issue that could be corrected to prevent any future problems along those lines.

I really haven't done pretty OK since my cardiac arrest in 2016
I have yet to see a cardiologist as my first appointment as taken more that 8 years to materialise.
The diabetes team hasn't matterialised either since my diagnosis more than 5 years ago and I only found out that I have had stage 3 chronic kidney disease early this year, by accident' when browsing my NHS app and GP hasn't mentioned it yet and it was diagnosed nearly 3 years ago.

I have had to plan to move out of the area to get the medical help I need but the waiting list is so long, that I now have to move into sheliered housing in Eastbourne to earn extra points to finding housing back in Hampsjire where my family live.

I'm currently on a 5 year waiting list to see the neuropsychologist who investigates cognitive impairment and memory issues which should have been investigated in 2016
I had to pursue this myself because the hospital and GP didn't. It's taken me so long to get anything sorted because I don't have the cognitive skills to access any of the usual channels.

Hot and humid yesterday.
But I did get the big garden weeded.
By the time the big garden was done, the grass was almost dry so that I was able to mow it.
Trimmed all the spirea, lilac and mock orange bushes. I have one side of the hedges trimmed.

I just need to weed a terrace garden that I have been deciding to tear apart.

Today, maybe rain, maybe not.
I think I will take today off and work down at the farm.
That barn is is full of stuff, I need to get it organized so that I can have a barn sale.
The barn sale will probably have to wait until next year.

Had to go to town and picked up ice cream and some watermelon.
Milo, the outside cat, LOVES ice cream.

Just ordered a new lawn mower belt. I should take time to replace the cutting blades.

Hi your Maj think Starsky and Hutch, Dynasty, Dallas, Cagney and Lacey, big hair, big shoulders, oversized jackets or matching shell suits, Duran Duran, ABC, Dollar, Boy George, Frankie goes to Hollywood, Spandau Ballet, Mud Movies Dirty Dancing. or why not go Punk, lots to choose from and should be easy to find in charity shops unless your like me and still have some in the wardrobe. Had another sale.

My gardening workload is lightening up.
I finished my 8th client. Two full days to clean up 2 gardens. The waterfalls were such a mess with all the grass that invaded it.
Fun part were at one waterfall were the frogs. I threw them crickets when I found them.
At the other waterfall was the koi fish. The colors of them are fantastic. Threw them some worms when I found them.

Now I am back at client 6 to clean up weeds and then mulching before they big party.
I have 3 gardens left to weed and then the mulch should be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

Then I have an extra client #9. Short work to redo the edging to the gardens.

THEN I AM FREE :
well, I have my gardens to touch up and working down at the farm of clearing brush and burning it.

Storms on and off through the week and MORE lawn mowing.

I am hoping to get back to listing. I have a pile of items already to list and another that is almost ready.
